It is located in the Northridge neighborhood of Los Angeles. The apartments are really nice but the on site lowlife manager makes it suck which is why many people have left. A/C is not central so it gets very hot in the warmer months. There facility is beautiful they have an amazing gym and pefert study lounge. There are pools, gyms and even study rooms It also closes down daily at 10 pm so it doesn't get too loud or annoying late at night.
